How do I place an order with Reliable Medicare?
You can place an order with Reliable Medicare in several ways:

Does Reliable Medicare offer free UK delivery?
Yes. Reliable Medicare offers free next working day delivery on all UK orders over £100.
For UK orders under £100, standard shipping starts from £7.33 excl. VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, delivery address and selected shipping option.
Optional shipping insurance may also be available at checkout for added peace of mind.
When will my UK order arrive?
Orders placed before 5:00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day across the UK. Orders placed after 5:00pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the following working day.
You will receive a tracking number by email on the day your order is shipped, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. Saturday delivery is also available on request.
Which couriers does Reliable Medicare use?
Reliable Medicare ships via DHL Express and Royal Mail — both fully tracked, signed-for services. The courier used will depend on your destination, order weight and the shipping option you select at checkout.
Please note that orders destined for mainland China are sent via Royal Mail postal services only.
Does Reliable Medicare ship internationally?
Yes. Reliable Medicare ships to over 150 countries worldwide. International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes incurred on orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom. We do not estimate or calculate these in advance.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order?
Reliable Medicare uses third-party courier services to deliver orders. Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery instructions, missed delivery requests, redelivery options and collection arrangements must be managed directly with the courier using the tracking details provided.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be requested before your order leaves our warehouse. Once the parcel has been dispatched, any delivery changes will be subject to the courier’s own process and may not be possible.
If you miss a delivery, the courier will usually provide further instructions for redelivery, depot collection or next steps through their tracking system.

Yes. Click & Collect is available from both our Birmingham and London locations:

Can I walk in and buy products in-store?
Yes. Customers can visit our Birmingham or London location during opening hours to speak with our team, check product availability and place an order in person.
As stock availability can change throughout the day, we recommend contacting the relevant location before visiting, especially for larger orders, specialist products or high-demand items.

When is my payment taken?

If we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we will refund the relevant amount in full using your original payment method within 14 days.

Can I return a product to Reliable Medicare?
Reliable Medicare does not accept returns unless the issue is subject to a quality concern, order error or approved investigation by our team.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product details and reason for the request
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Your name, delivery address and contact number
To qualify for a refund or replacement, products must be returned unused and in their original unaltered packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please note that special offer items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
If your order arrives damaged, has missing items or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected].
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and received products
- A brief description of the issue
Our customer service team will review the information, investigate with the relevant internal team and arrange follow-up contact with you as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we will advise on the next steps for replacement, refund review or further investigation.
How do I make a formal complaint?

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of either the date of dispatch from our facility or the date the parcel was delivered to you, whichever is applicable.
