Does Reliable Medicare offer free next-day delivery in the UK? +
Yes. Free next-working-day shipping is available for all UK orders over £100 (excluding VAT). This service ensures medical professionals receive their aesthetic supplies promptly.
Can I request Saturday delivery for my aesthetic supplies? +
Yes. Saturday delivery is available for orders placed before 16:00 on Friday. This premium service is priced at £32.00 (excluding VAT) to accommodate weekend clinic schedules.
How long does European Express delivery take for medical supplies? +
European Express delivery is typically estimated at 2–5 working days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
How do I track my Reliable Medicare shipment? +
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipment email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Who is responsible for international import duties and taxes? +
For orders outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and local taxes. Reliable Medicare does not calculate or collect these charges at checkout.
Can I collect my order from the Birmingham or London locations? +
Yes. You can select "Click & Collect" at checkout to pick up your order from our Birmingham Head Office (Cornwall Street) or our London Store (Oxford Street) during standard business hours.

Please note that orders destined for mainland China are sent via Royal Mail postal services only.


Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) Monday–Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) are shipped the next working day. Orders placed on Fridays after 17:00 (GMT) will be shipped the following Monday.


For added convenience, our London store is open 6 days a week, offering in-store purchasing and weekend collections, alongside weekday collections from our Birmingham Head Office.
