Orders placed before 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 GMT are shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 17:00 GMT on Friday are shipped the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment email with your assigned tracking number. This allows you to follow your delivery journey once it leaves our dispatch team.
When part of your order is out of stock.
If we do not have all products from your order in stock, dispatch will take place once those products have arrived back in stock, unless we inform you otherwise.
This helps ensure your order is dispatched correctly when the remaining stock arrives.

We offer several delivery options, which may vary depending on our delivery partners and your destination country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the final weight of your entire order.
Please note that orders destined for mainland China are sent via Royal Mail postal services only.
