Please note that orders destined for mainland China are sent via Royal Mail postal services only.

Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT) Monday–Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) are shipped the next working day. Orders placed on Fridays after 17:00 (GMT) will be shipped the following Monday.

For added convenience, our London store is open 7 days a week, offering in-store purchasing and weekend collections, alongside weekday collections from our Birmingham Head Office.

If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will be once these products have arrived back in stock, unless informed otherwise.

You can now collect your orders from either our Birmingham Head Office or our new London Store during opening hours. Simply choose your preferred collection point at checkout.
