Responsibilities
● Support the development and execution of brand strategies, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
● Help maintain brand consistency by ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, updating brand assets, and reviewing collateral for accuracy.
● Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop white-label beauty products that meet quality standards and reflect current market trends.
● Customise packaging, labelling, and other brand materials for white-label products in line with client specifications.
● Assist with quality assurance processes, ensuring all products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
● Monitor beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to propose innovative product ideas and enhancements.
● Act as a point of contact for white-label clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring project satisfaction.
● Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables for brand management projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
● Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for brand initiatives.
● Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, social media content creation, and promotional activities.
● Support event planning for product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.
● Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and record management.
The Ideal Candidate
● Currently studying for or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management concepts.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media and digital marketing tools.
● Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
● Highly organised, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable working independently or within a team.
● Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
This is an internship position. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application. This position operates within a formal office environment, where professional dress is required at all times. To maintain focus and productivity, personal mobile phone use is limited to the lunch break, and snacking is not permitted during working hours.
Brand Management Intern

Key Accountabilities:
Support Brand Strategy Development:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of brand strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for brand positioning and messaging.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's voice, style, and guidelines.
- Help maintain and update brand assets.
- Review and provide feedback on marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency.
Product Development and Customisation:
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop new beauty products that can be white-labelled, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with market trends.
- Coordinate product testing and feedback collection from focus groups or initial customers.
Brand Customisation:
- Customise packaging, labelling, and branding materials for white-label beauty products according to client specifications, ensuring consistency with their brand identity.
- Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing branding materials.
Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all white-label beauty products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and quality standards before market release.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and update compliance protocols as necessary.
Market Research and Trends Analysis:
- Stay updated on beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to propose innovative white-label product ideas and enhancements.
- Prepare detailed reports on market findings and trend forecasts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the point of contact for white-label beauty product clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Project Coordination and Timelines:
- Manage the end-to-end process of white-label beauty product projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Use project management tools to track progress and report on project status.
Financial Management:
- Assist in budget planning and cost management for white-label beauty projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of product quality and client satisfaction.
- Monitor expenses and prepare financial reports related to brand management activities.
Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to promote new products.
- Create content for social media platforms to engage with the target audience and build brand awareness.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
- Ensure all events align with the brand strategy and create a positive brand image.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the brand management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing documentation.
- Maintain records of brand management activities and projects.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 – 5:30), 1-hour lunch break
