Responsibilities

 

● Work directly with the CEO on corporate strategy, operational planning, and capital market initiatives.

 

● Carry out financial modelling, valuation research, and initial public offering (IPO) preparation activities.

 

● Assist in developing internal systems and producing high-quality investor materials.

 

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and broader economic assessments to support strategic decisions.

 

● Take part in key meetings, strategic discussions, and investor preparation sessions.

 

● Coordinate with teams in the UK, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands on international growth projects.

 

 

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

● A top graduate (or final-year student) from a leading university (e.g., Oxford, Cambridge, LSE) with a strong academic background in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or Strategy.

 

● Solid understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate finance principles.

 

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

●Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail, coupled with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

 

● Driven to progress into a strategic leadership role within a fast-growing business.

 

 

 


The annual base salary for this role is £38,000–£60,000, depending on background and experience. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application. This position operates within a formal office environment, where professional dress is required at all times. To maintain focus and productivity, personal mobile phone use is limited to the lunch break, and snacking is not permitted during working hours.

To help drive this transformation, we are looking for a Business Strategy Associate to join us and work directly alongside our CEO in Reliable Medicare Ltd— someone analytical, ambitious, and financially sharp. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-level business strategy and gain hands-on experience in IPO readiness and global growth execution.

 



What You’ll Do:

•⁠  ⁠Work alongside the CEO on corporate strategy, operations, and capital market initiatives

•⁠  ⁠Conduct financial modelling, valuation research, and IPO groundwork

•⁠  ⁠Assist in building the company’s internal systems and investor-facing materials

•⁠  ⁠Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and economic analysis

•⁠  ⁠Participate meetings, strategic discussions, and investor preparation

•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with teams across the UK, France, Ireland, and the Netherlands on international projects

 

What We’re Looking For

A top graduate (or final-year student) from a leading university (Oxford, Cambridge, LSE etc.)

Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or Strategy

Demonstrated understanding of financial statements, capital markets, and corporate finance

Excellent English communication skills.

What We Offer

Starting salary: £38,000–60,000/year, depending on background & experience

Job Details

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 – 5:30), 1-hour lunch break.

Holidays: 20 days a year plus bank holidays.

Dress Code: Formal office attire required.

Phone Policy: Personal phones must not be used during working hours, only during lunchtime (no snacking during working hours).
