Responsibilities
● Acquire and manage international agreements with suppliers and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with KYM’s brand values and growth strategy.
● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with luxury suppliers and manufacturers.
● Source premium and luxury products that reflect KYM’s identity and meet market demand.
● Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to inform procurement strategies and secure exclusive opportunities.
● Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favourable terms, and exclusive agreements.
● Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs.
● Ensure all products meet KYM’s quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
● Support strategic growth initiatives through partnerships and product range expansion.
● Travel internationally during the buying season to develop and strengthen brand relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
● Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury procurement or a related field.
● Proven record in sourcing and acquiring high-value luxury goods (including transactions exceeding £10 million).
● Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
● Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
● Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role.
The annual base salary range for this role is £38,000 – £100,000, depending on skills and experience. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom at the time of application. This position operates within a formal office environment, where professional dress is required at all times. To maintain focus and productivity, personal mobile phone use is limited to the lunch break, and snacking is not permitted during working hours. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Professional Live Streamer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual to showcase their skills, engage with our audience, and drive significant sales through live streaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Host and perform live-streaming sessions to promote and sell our range of products.
Engage with viewers in real-time to build brand awareness, answer questions, and offer product recommendations.
Drive and achieve a minimum sales target of £500K per month through live streaming channels (Amazon Live, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.).
Develop and execute creative content strategies to increase viewership and customer engagement.
Track live stream performance metrics, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align content with promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on trends in live streaming and e-commerce to enhance audience interaction and sales conversion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in live streaming on platforms.
Consistent track record of hitting significant sales targets (preferably £500K+ in monthly revenue).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and retain a live audience.
Knowledge of beauty, aesthetic or luxury products is a plus.
Ability to handle technical aspects of live streaming (lighting, camera setup, audio, etc.).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet company objectives.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: Competitive Base + 10% Commission (negotiable based on experience).
Bonus System: Performance-based bonuses, with guaranteed 6-month bonuses paid in June and December.
Uniform Allowance: Compulsory wearing of formal office attire with an annual uniform allowance of £800.
Phone Usage: Personal phones are not to be used during working hours, only permissible during lunch breaks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), with a 1-hour lunch break.
Holidays: 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
