SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery is arranged in between Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.
Orders placed before 17:00 UK time will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 17:00 will be shipped the following working day.
Orders placed on Friday after 17:00 will be shipped the following Monday.
In the unlikely event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock we ship what we have in stock immediately and let you know by email what is missing from your parcel. The remaining products will normally be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless we inform you otherwise.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number, enabling you to follow your order from when it is picked up from our warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination.
All orders to the UK, EU and rest of the world excluding USA are shipped with Royal Mail. For orders in the UK it is expected you will receive the item on the next working day. For EU orders the expected delivery time is 2-4 business days, for international parcels within 2-10 business days. For USA shipments we use DHL Express shipment and your parcel will be with you within 2-3 business days.
Please note Reliable Medicare LTD is not responsible for delays in shipment, but our customer service team will contact the courier on your behalf in the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed. We reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.
Shipping costs will be stated clearly for approval at the time you check out for the entire consignment. You are responsible, as importer of the goods for paying any local import duties or import taxes (if applicable) at the border of your import country.
Reliable Medicare LTD is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit.
Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resent to us. Once we receive the returned package we will resend the package at the buyer’s expense. We do not take responsibility for seized goods.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Our 7 Day No Hassle Returns Policy
We want you to feel 100% confident in using our services. That is why we offer a 7 day no hassle returns policy. Here's how it works:
You can return the product(s) if:
The product(s) contain(s) manufacturing defects
The product(s) was/were damaged upon arrival
The product(s) was/were not those ordered
In order to return the product:
Within 7 days of delivery please notify our customer service of your desire to return by email, including photos, at email@example.com or call 01216222212. Let us know if you want a replacement product or a refund.
Refunds will not be honoured if the product(s) has/have been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit back to us) unless the product is faulty. Returns can only be honoured if the product(s) is/are returned intact.
If you return the entire amount of the product you will be refunded 100% of the original purchase price of that product.
Your refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You must contact us prior to returning a product. A refund will not be issued without proper return authorization from one of our customer service representatives.
No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Our refunds and returns policy does not apply to the items on the special offer.
Items returned by the postal service are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that for your safety, no returned products are ever restocked or resold after being returned. All returned products are destroyed.
Don't be fooled by other "refund" policies that:
- Offer to refund you 100% of the value of the product. We offer a refund of 100% of your original purchase price. There is a difference.
- Offer to credit your account. We put the money back in your hands so you can decide if you want to buy from us again. A credit on your account is no good to you if you don't want to buy again from that company.
